Wishing you a prosperous Eid Mubarak

Eid Mubarak-01

This weekend is a weekend celebrated by all,  with the 6th and  7th  July 2016 still to be confirmed with the sighting of the moon. However many have already started taking this time to embrace a long weekend to go away. It is a time to spend with  loved ones.

In an effort to understand what Eid means, we ask the question what Eid ul-Adha means, as celebrated by Muslims across the world and here within the UAE. Eid ul-Adha and Eidul-Fitr. Eid means “Celebration” and refers to the occasion itself. Eid ul-Adha, known as the Feast of Sacrifice or the Greater Eid, and is one of the two most important celebrations in the Muslim calendar.

What can you say to your Muslim friends, neighbors and colleagues over this time… simply… ‘Eid Mubarak’ which means blessed.

We wish all our Muslim friends a Eid Mubarak, may you prosper and celebrate well!
